Content Creator Collections: from outdoor enthusiasts, for active nature lovers
At komoot, we take the wishes and suggestions of our partners seriously – as shown by our packages for Content Creator Collections. We currently work with several Content Creators who present individual outdoor experiences or entire regions in an authentic way. The number of partners who are using this format is steadily growing.
The origins of our campaign format
Many of our partners approached us, asking for Content Creators who would visit their region and create authentic Collections. This wish was also voiced in this year’s partner survey.
But what exactly is a Content Creator Collection? Basically, it’s about authentic adventurers creating high-quality outdoor content. On the one hand, these Content Creators love being out in nature, on the other hand, they have experience with documenting and promoting outdoor adventures.
The content they produce can be used for the creation of Sponsored Collections. In addition, the material is also ideal for print products or direct mailings, adding further value to the Sponsored Collections native advertising format.
Our Content Creators
Whether it’s hiking, mountain biking on roads or gravel tracks or snowshoeing – Saskia is a true multi-sports athlete and loves to spend time in the mountains.
Angelika and Reinhard are huge cycling enthusiasts. They share a love of gravel biking and are fans of bike touring and long-distance hiking.
Her pseudonym (which translates to “Ms. Outdoors”) says it all: Kathrin loves to spend her days outdoors. Her favourite activities include hiking, bike packing, bike touring and trail running. What’s more, she has been a komoot ambassador since 2020.
Sabrina loves to escape the urban jungle as often as possible because nothing makes her happier than hiking through nature or riding her road bike or mountain bike.
Alain’s mission is to encourage others to engage in outdoor activities. He has multiple jobs, working as a photographer, a travel guide and a tourism consultant. He is an avid bike enthusiast who loves road racing, gravel biking and bike packing.
Content Creator Collections are very well received
The format was met with great approval by our partners, with around 40 packages already being booked. Bookings were mainly received from the DACH region, but also from Ireland and Italy. Booking numbers are just as satisfactory as the first results. While some Collections are currently in progress, the one for Ireland Tourism is already completed.
